PLEASE NOTE: All persons wishing to attend (including speakers, spouses, or exhibitors) need to submit a registration form completed in full. We need exact counts for all functions. Type names as you wish them to appear on name badges.

The DEADLINE to pre-register is Friday, January 19, 2024.  REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATION will be made until January 19. Cancellations after January 19, or no shows will be charged full price for each function selected. You may register at the door, however the registration cost will be $10.00 more per person.
